Our company was founded on May 9, 1988 as Molu İnşaat ve Yapı Endüstrisi A.Ş. and registered in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated May 11, 1988 and numbered 2018. On November 29, 2004, our company title was changed to Molu Enerji Üretim A.Ş. and registered in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 21 December 2004 and numbered 6202.
The first power plant, MOLU HEPP, was built on Karasu, a branch of Kızılırmak, and was commissioned in November 2001. Molu HEPP is one of Turkey’s first private power plants. In addition, it is the first power plant in our country that produces energy from waste water and can provide uninterrupted energy to a facility by switching from parallel operation to island operation by balancing the load in case of network loss.
Bahçelik HEPP, the second power plant of our company, was built at the outlet of the Bahçelik Dam bottom spillway, which was built on Zamantı River, and was commissioned in May 2006. Sarıhıdır HEPP facility, the construction of which started in June 2009, was commissioned in January 2012. Sarıhıdır HEPP is one of the most special power plants in Turkey in terms of design, technology and architecture.

It is to develop, plan, design, install and then operate it with the most appropriate technologies in a way that will be feasible, taking into account the profitability of the company and environmental and financial conditions, and to bring it to the economy.
