He was born in 1928 in Kayseri.
He graduated from Kayseri High School in 1944-1945.
He graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1949. After his internship, he received his Lawyer's Certificate. He worked freelance for a while. He then studied Economics in Germany.
Between 1963-1978, he served at various levels as a 4th degree specialist, expert group head, branch manager, head of department (assistant undersecretary) in DPT. He was also a member of the High Planning Council for the last five years.
Between 1978-1980, he was the General Manager and Director of the State Industry and Workers Investment Bank. Exchange rate. He served as President. He worked as the Vice President at TUBITAK for 1 year.
He started to work as a Manager and Managing Member of the Textile Factory, which was founded in 1982 by the late Arif MOLU. He has been working in Kayseri since then. Meanwhile, he pioneered in the formation and execution of some important projects related to the development of Kayseri, such as Yamula Dam and Kayseri Free Zone. He was the Chairman of the Kayseri Industry and Businessmen Association, which he founded, and the Vice Chairman of the Kayseri Free Zone Board of Directors. He is the founder of our company and still the chairman of the board of directors. He is fluent in German.
